Story

There is a need to handle generic longitudinal and non longitudinal phenotype information of individuals, samples and panels. The information is either measured directly or it is inferred from multiple different measurements like for example blood pressure values, which can be grouped to high, normal or low blood pressure.

Observable features (Size of nose) can be measured using different observation methods (e.g. ruler) leading to one or many observed values (nose size) over observation target(s) (individual). Features can be categorised under different feature categories (e.g. clinical test, heart function..). Observation target part is simplification of more generic sample model

Note: Observation_target is Abstract_observation_target in PaGE-OM v1.0
