== Description ==
The use case covers core genotype information as used typically in a laboratories where information is needed to trace in a sample and assay level. For one individual there can be more than one samples over which genotypes are measured using different variation assays. It is possible to design  more than one variation assay to detect different variations. Differences being in type of chosen oligos, dyes and in PCR chemistry in general. Same variation assay can be used more than once in a experiment Runs
